Electronic Characterization
In the electronic characterization team, we characterize the electronic properties of materials and sub-components for qubits.

Our MPI automatic probe station can measure samples from small dies up to 8-inch wafers, controlling the temperature from 35 degC to 200 degC.
Two Kelvin probes are connected to an LCR meter, enabling full 4-terminal impedance measurements. Main use cases are resistance measurements of various conductors and C-V measurements of MOSCAPs.
Our Kiutra ADR cryostat is a fast turnaround cryostat with a 5-tesla sample magnet, 48 DC lines, and 6 RF lines specked between 100 MHz and 8 GHz. It can pulse down to 100 mK and sustain 150 mK. Our PCBS can contain a sample up to 1x1 cm^2.
To prepare samples for the ADR fridge, our Bondtec automatic bonder allows for fast bonding with either Al wedge bonding or Au ball bonding.
