DFM and NQCP join forces
Danish Fundamental Metrology (DFM) and the NNF Quantum Computing Programme (NQCP) have signed a partnership agreement.
Danish Fundamental Metrology (DFM) and the NNF Quantum Computing Programme (NQCP) at the Niels Bohr Institute have signed a partnership agreement and are joining forces in the development of standardized measurement protocols and definition of metrics that describes the quality and properties of wafer-based materials for quantum computing processors.
Developing quantum computing technologies is highly complex and decade long engineering task that requires standardized and highly reliable metrics for consistent data driven R&D. The DFM - NQCP partnership include sharing equipment and training of students to promote the systematic data log of a wide range of structural, electronic and photonic properties.
