Spin Qubit Pilot Line

The Team

The Spin Qubit Pilot Line team, established in September 2024 and led by Assistant Professor Francesco Borsoi, operates within the NQCP infrastructure. Our team collaborates extensively with engineers and application scientists from both NQCP and the Quantum Foundry.

We are focused on expanding, and welcome MSc and BSc students, including international exchange students, to explore project opportunities by contacting francesco.borsoi@nbi.ku.dk. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Research Engineer and anticipate openings for PhD and Postdoctoral roles in early 2025. Prospective candidates are invited to reach out at any time.

Our Focus

Our team prototypes quantum dot spin qubit arrays in silicon and germanium, aiming to harness high-quality quantum materials and innovative control techniques. Our ultimate goal is to achieve quantum advantage through advanced semiconductor technology.

At present, we collaborate with the Scappucci Lab at Delft University of Technology and the team led by Prof. Kuemmeth at the Center for Quantum Devices.
